Shipping

1. How are the shoes delivered?
Being an official partners of DHL, all items will be delivered by DHL couriers. You will be notified via email that the delivery of your order is on its way. If you cannot be at the indicated address at the time of delivery, please contact the courier to facilitate this operation.

2. Do you deliver worldwide?
Deliveries are made to major destinations in Europe and beyond; please see our delivery chart for more information on costs and destinations.

3. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are shown in the delivery table below, they may vary from country to country and may be subject to different promotional policies.

4. When will my shoes arrive?
Your shoes will be released for shipping 10 business days after we send you the confirmation order email.

Standard shipping times for products without personal inscriptions:
- Italy: 1 business day after we send you the confirmation that your order has been successfully released for shipping.
- Europe: 3 business days after we send you the confirmation that your order has been successfully released for shipping.
- Extra EU: 5 business days after we send you the confirmation that your order has been successfully released for shipping.

We want to make sure that your shoes are perfect. Therefore, if our quality control team is not happy, the shipping times might take additional 5 business days.

Do you need your shoes in time for an important date or event?
We highly recommend to place the order 20 business days before the important date or event.

5. I have placed my order. How do I know when my shoes will be shipped?
You can check order status through your DIS account. You will be notified via email when your shoes are ready for shipping from our artisanal labs in Italy.

SHIPPING COST
DIS delivers all over the world with DDP incoterms (Deliverd Duty Paid). All taxes and customs duties are already included in the shipping cost.

Returns

1. Can I return my customised shoes and belts?
We only accept returns in cases of products bearing obvious manufacturing defects. If the product you have received contains obvious defects, we will return it for free and we will fully refund you. However, it is very rare to encounter obvious defects on products that have been shipped. All DIS products are handcrafted in Italy using premium leathers and materials. In addition, we thoroughly inspect each product and only ship items that meet our quality standards. Our products get also carefully packed to ensure they arrive in a perfect shape.

Please note:
- Returns can only be made if the product has never been used, and is complete with all its original packaging, and only in the case of obvious manufacturing defects. As this is a handmade product, defects are not deemed to include characteristics such as slight inconsistencies in colour, minor leather imperfections or small marks on the shoe due to their artisanal manufacture.
- It is not possible to return shoes for wrong size. For this reason, we highly recommend to measure feet and order try-on samples after placing the final order.
- In accordance with the provisions of Article 55, paragraph 2, letter d) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal, cancellation, return, which would otherwise be available, is excluded in the case of orders for products customised through, for example, inscriptions such as monograms, the choice of leather in the product and so on.
- The Customer acknowledges that the images shown on the Website might be different to reality: pictures, 3D rendering and photos of the shoes may not represent the actual appearance of the final product.

2. How do I request a return?
You can request a return by contacting our customer service department at help@dis.shoes , indicating the type of defect and enclosing a photo confirming the existence of the defect on the shoe. Shipping charges for return will be at our expenses, including any taxes and customs duties. As soon as we receive the item, which must be unused, unworn intact and complete with its original packaging and tags, we will verify its integrity. If you comply fully with the return policy you will be entitled to a full refund.
