Types of Data Collected
The personal data collected by this application, either independently or through third parties, includes: Email, country, name, surname, cookies and data usage.

These services permit to manage a contact database to communicate with the User.

The controller processes the personal data of users adopting appropriate security measures to prevent the unauthorised access, dissemination, modification or destruction of personal data.

User data is collected to allow the application to provide its services and also serves the following purposes: mailing list.
By registering an email address on the mailing list, the user is automatically added to a list of contacts to which email messages can be transmitted containing commercial and promotional information related to DIS, as well as invitations to participate in market surveys and market studies. Your email address may also be added to this list as a result of registration on this application or after making a purchase.

The user can refuse receipt of such information by unsubscribing from the mailing list with an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Purposes of justice and security
DIS will disclose users' personal data to police bodies or other government authorities, in response to inquiries relating to criminal investigations or alleged illegal activities, where the authorities are in possession of an order by the judicial authority that supports their claim.

Prohibition of spam, spyware, counterfeit emails, viruses and worms
DIS and its users categorically do not permit or give rise to spam, spyware, counterfeit emails, viruses or worms. In general, with regard to the sending of unwanted and unsolicited information and/or commercial and advertising materials, as well as other illicit uses and the spreading of viruses and the like, users are asked to adjust their own email settings in order to avoid these threats, since they could be held responsible for the consequences. DIS does not allow users to include information, addresses or the personal data of other users without the express consent of the latter. DIS strongly encourages users to report instances of spam or counterfeit emails by sending notification to the address of the website. DIS prohibits the sending of communications that do not comply with the agreements and rules governing the website itself. DIS automatically checks communications and may use manual filters to check for spam, viruses and attempts to acquire personal data or commit other illegal activities or to transmit illegal or prohibited content; however, such communications are not stored permanently through these tools nor are email addresses used for marketing purposes or sold or transferred.

Exercise of rights by users
Parties to whom personal data refers have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data from the data controller, to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its extension, deletion, updating, correction, transformation into anonymous form, or may request the blocking of personal data processed in breach of the law, and in any case oppose its processing, with legitimate grounds. Such requests should be addressed to the data controller.
